Damelin Correspondance College is the worst institution that needs to be exposed in every social media platform. Early this year I app**** to for my sister to have her Matric marks upgraded, they sent me all necessary forms to complete and pay registration fee. post doing that, they sent me lot of e-mail with actions that needed to be completed for her to be able to rewrite her exams. all the dates were in the past and little information was shared, they promised to send study materials that they asked me to pay for (of which I did) even today I still haven't received. a week after not receiving any help with regards to the registration and way forward I asked that they cancel my registration due to their bad service and client communication. they send me all the documents I needed to complete for cancellation and actually approved my cancellation and promised to refund me. as I write this, they just debited my account like they've been doing since February. I called countless times and sent number of e-mail asking them to stop debiting my account and refund me. lately, they just hangup a phone on me when I tried to talk to them. last time I called they told me the person who was supposed to cancelled resigned. I will even name every one I dealt with from that nonsense institution. until they refund and stop debiting my account, I will make sure I expose them.
