DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE COLLEGE IS A ****!!!!!

I would advise anyone thinking of studying through them NOT to do it! You will spend more time stressing and chasing them for resolutions to queries than actually getting any studying done.

I have been trying to resolve an issue for months now regarding results for an assignment I submitted last year and I still have received no help whatsoever. I have been holding on calls for 55 minutes only for the call to drop when I get to thr front of the que and I also give this a try almost 2 to 3 times weekly and experience the same outcome every single time.

I also attempted email correspondence with the 'Student Support Supervisor', named Shakier Achmat, however in spite of my scathing emails because he refuses to do anything to help me all he does is forward my emails to someone named Mandisa and tell her to contact me (which has NEVER happened). This correspondence has also been going on for months.

They have multiple student support numbers I have used 4 to be exact to try and contact them. Yet only one number actually works and you wait ages for absolutely no reason because you don't get to speak to anyone and nobody has the courtesy to even try and contact you back after all the efforts that you as the student put in.

Please DON'T study with these people, rather take that extra time and find somewhere that will value you as a student as well as your time and effort.
