My student number is 433881 ,I would like to advice young people /students not to go for this school its a **** . I only received my First semester assignments results from last year January 2017 now in August 2018. I wrote my exam in June last year with no assignment mark. I had to fight with them and make numerous calls to get an exam timetable. After that I app**** to cancel my registration in November 2017. They only processed the cancellation in June 2018, after 9 months. I have since app**** for them to refund me and i have no luck, its delay after delay .They cannot expedite my refund after wasting nine months of my life trying to cancel the registration with them.They loose documents .You can email the same thing to 10 different people and get an email a month later asking for the same document.They don't follow up on calls.They don't help students on the call center. The walk in is worse than a public clinic , the lines are dreadful. Its been 4 months and i still haven't received my refund.The trauma i faced and still facing is too much to cancel a simple registration and get my money back.
