Damelin Correspondence College – Ignored, No Results, No Exams, No Refund

I submitted my assessments to Damelin Correspondence College via PostNet on 30 July 2024 for the National Certificate in Supply Chain Management (NQF 5). Since then, I have received no results, no communication, and I am still waiting to write my exams. The course officially expired in October 2023, yet no support or updates have been given.

I have called, emailed, and even requested a refund due to the lack of service — but there has been no response at all. Meanwhile, Damelin remains accredited with DHET and CHE, yet students are being left in the dark. We have paid for these qualifications in full, but our futures are on hold.

This is completely unacceptable and must be addressed.

The course I paid for expired in October 2023, and now I’m told I can’t even get my money back. How is that right? I haven’t even been allowed to write my exams.

You promised an education. You took our fees. But where’s the service? Where’s the basic respect?
