Damelin Correspondence College do not follow their own internal procedure and have no customer service.

<p>I enrolled for National diploma for maechanical engineering in 2016. My student number is 430501.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstley you get absolutely no value for your money. Just a few useless PDF files. The hanbooks you need to buy do not corrispond with the reading material provided. The handbooks you need to buy are full of spelling mistakes and incorrect information.</p> <p>I was expecting to write my first exams in november 2016 but could not as Damelin did not follow their internal procedures.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is near impossible to speak to a so called student advisor beacase the telephone line keeps dropping.</p> <p>The cancellation process was extremely frustrating and took several weeks only to recive an email saying that the refund prosess will take up to 90 days. Guess what...It's been 4 months and still nothing. Still trying to phone for help but guess wat....you still get cut off after holding for about 5 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I strongley advise against doing any studdies with damelin as it is an extremely shocking and frustrating experience.</p>
