Damelin Correspondence College [DCC] — diploma not received yet it has been 22 months of hellllll student no 427838

Between me and my daughter we made more than 22 phone calls and sent out 19 emails, only to get no reply usable "it has been escalated to the awards department" and that is with every single call we make. We are waiting for her award now for 22 months and yet NOTHING happened. Damelin don't even call and explain. She have to enroll now for January 2020 for further studies via her company and yet no NQF marks available, this is the most unprofessional institution I ever heard of. Damelin was do quick to enroll her take our money that we had to pay for the course as well as the exams, but nor you are *****ing from us as we have nothing yet to resolve this case. I have all the emails and wrote down all the call dates and times. I'm no going to take this up with my lawyer and lay a charge of ***** against Damelin. Please contact the student urgently
