Damelin Correspondence College( ******)

These guy don't even deserve a single star. I signed up for a course in Contact center management via my company a few year ago. still haven't been able to finish it, they never answer calls or reply to emails. i enquired maybe 8 or 9 times in 2019/2020 trying to find out when my exams were. never got a response until 2 days before i was meant to write. could not complete the course because of that as i had no time to study or prepare. i then receive an email from them over the weekend asking me to register for my exams?!?! what exams? i also read an article regarding the Dept of education seriously looking and investigating this sham of a company. whoever the people are thats running this should really wake the hell up and start delivering.... oh and probably due to the article on daily maverick i received a 2nd email from them over the weekend asking me to take this survey via Survey ******. i log on and i dont even see the course i signed up for on there.... useless. please shut this place down.
