Damelin Correspondence College - A Nightmare from start to finish

Every single time I deal with Damelin you, they make a mistake.

1st, I receive the wrong books when I registered, then I receive another set of the incorrect books and cannot even start my course because I don't have the correct books, 4 months later I can only begin, easy to take my hard earned money but it's a nightmare to deal with Damelin. 2nd I get "registered" by Damelin for Pastel 12 but receive Pastel 14 books, unknown to myself I study with them (these I finally thought were the correct books). 3rd I struggle for almost 2 years to try and get this mistake which Damelin made rectified 4th My assignments which I sent on a CD go missing twice, courier costs, cost of CD etc etc, I had to do this 3 times and finally they were received, waste of time and money, and who pays for this? 5th then suddenly I get 49 marks for 2 Pastel assignments, this is impossible as I use Pastel EVERYDAY 6th eventually after a big struggle I get told there has been a mistake, marks should be 90+ 7th but still nothing is recorded 8th I have to go through the struggle of getting the correct subject registered on Damelin's "system" 9th I still await after a year to receive the correct subjects with the correct mark for exams and assignments 10th I've sent through 2 dial a tutor forms one 4 months ago and more than a month ago, am still waiting for a response, exams are looming 11th Now I'm apparently registered for a subject which is not part of my course as far as the exam confirmation is concerned 12th I paid for past exam papers only to be told after,that it's for free and they'll sent a link 13th The exam link finally arrives via sms and DOESNT WORK 14th and email is sent with an exam link - which DOESNT WORK 15th received incorrect subject and incorrect location for exam confirmation 16th another incorrect subject and incorrect location for exam confirmation received 17th an amendment sent now with the correct subject and still incorrect location 18th the 4th one received was finally correct but when I phone in to Damelin today they still have me down for the incorrect subject in Nelspruit, Im in Durban and my subject should be Bookkeeping and Accounting II not the one you have on your incorrect records 19th another set of incorrect books are sent to an old work address. I've already studied for this subject and finished with it. 20th my email address is still incorrect on your system. my exam is a few days way and I still dont have the correct confirmation!!!!! Speaking of exams last year, the location changed without Damelin advising us. Eventually when I arrived at the new location, the invigilators where chatting between themselves in the exam from start to finish. Also using their cell phones, students phones were constantly going off. Students left the exam room noisily and then congregated outside the door shouting at the top of their voices. The entire experience was more like a mad party than an actual exam room. IM SOOOOOOOO DISGUSTED IN DAMELIN. JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER ASSIST.
