After numerous emails and hours listening to Enya on their call centre, I have had enough.

I registered for a course in 2017. At first, they were brilliant. That stopped when my employer paid my studies in full.

After my last batch of exams, I did not receive a result for one of the modules I wrote. I immediately queried this with no reply. At the end of 2020, I eventually got a response saying that I never wrote the particular exam in question. I then send them proof of my all my communication from the start of the incident in question with no reply.

Based on the service I have received, I would strongly advise prospective students to seeks further education somewhere else.
