I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service I’ve received from this institution.

For 6 weeks in a row, I joined the scheduled ASC Mathematics webinars on time, only to be left sitting in the lobby with no teacher present, no cancellation notice, and zero communication. I initially reported the issue through the Scholar Support system and was promised it would be escalated to the Academic Department — only for the same thing to happen again the following week.

I have sent multiple emails, followed up via Teams, and tried every channel available to get some sort of feedback or accountability. What did I receive? Generic apologies (if any) and no action whatsoever. It’s clear that student support is not a priority, and accountability does not exist in this organisation.

The complete lack of professionalism, failure to deliver promised services, and radio silence when concerns are raised are unacceptable — especially considering students are paying for these services. Why charge for webinars and academic support that never take place?

I’ve formally requested to cancel my studies because I refuse to continue wasting time, energy, and money on a service that does not deliver even the bare minimum. I would never recommend this institution to anyone looking for reliable, student-focused education. Absolutely disgraceful.
