Damelin Correspondence - BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU REGISTER WITH THEM!!

I have been struggling with Damelin since March for my refund! My last contact was with Charne Swartz ,Shakier Achmat who confirmed I would be refunded - I signed all the forms and did what was required of me - however no one is replying to my emails. I understand that we are in lockdown - but emails are still being monitored and they are in fact ignoring my emails - dealing with damelin has been the most difficult thing I have ever experienced and I am warning everyone out there - DO NOT EVER REGISTER WITH DAMELIN!! They were very efficient in communicating with me to register and for me to pay - but then after I paid - I HAD NO ACCESS TO A STUDY PORTAL - NO ACCESS TO ASSISTANCE - they just went quiet and basically left me to "make it happen" CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY REFUND!!!!!
