Damelin Correspondence and their PATHETIC service

I wish I could put through this review with a lower rating but unfortunately that option is not available.

I am currently a student with DCC and I have been since June last year. The irony in everything is that they offer part time studies for convenience and career advancement, but their is nothing convenient about them. I have received absolutely pathetic service from them since signing up and it's gotten progressively worse. All my fees are up to date all my forms have been submitted on time yet there is constantly some issue. We were expected to receive our assignment results by the end of March its now the end of May and still nothing. We were supposed to receive our exam confirmation letters by the end of April, it's now the end of May and still nothing. I visited the durban offices and was basically told there's nothing they can do to help me and to quote the lady I spoke to "we receive these complaints all the time" so it's obvious they are aware of what the students go through yet DCC has done nothing to improve their services. My first exam is on the 3rd of June 2022 and we need those confirmation letters to enter our exam venues so you can imagine my panic. The lady at the DCC office told me there's nothing she can do they only handle sales in these durban offices. She gave me a contact number which I called and was on hold with for 20 minutes with still no answer. I was then told by her the only other option is to email. I was told to email and email address that I have previously tried to communicate with. I emailed them in April asking about my Letter and now at the end of May, I still have not received a response from that email.

To say I am angry or disappointed is an understatement I am at this point enraged. They promise you the world and all the convenience so that you sign up but they haven't followed through with a single thing. They are complete *******s and I would advise anyone thinking of studying with them to steer clear and rather find a more reliable institution.
