Damelin Correspondance IGNORES ALL FORMS OF COMMUNICATION

I registered for my Matric in mid Feb of 2021. I was assigned the student advisor by the name of Katlego Kgoroeadira.

upon registration, she sent me 2 instructional PDF documents on how to access 2 different student portals. Each one pointed me to different student portals. When I queried it I was told that neither is correct and I was given a third portal to which I was able to log in.

Katlego promised me that she would send me a list of prefered suppliers for textbooks which she never did. She also said she would help us register for exams which she never did. She still has no idea when exams are supposed to be written. After another week I was able to access all my school work except Agricultural science.

I emailed Katlego about 10 times about these various issues to which I have no received a single reply. I called her on her phone and all she ever said was "I am busy with something else at the moment"

as of today, i have sent over 10 emails asking and begging for assistance. I have no idea what resources I have access to. no idea what classes I have access to. NO idea when I'm writing my exams. no idea where I'm writing exams. and missing textbooks with no idea where to get them.

I have asked these same questions to a person by the name of Sinako Mxabo as well as Zane Johnson and everyone ignores me. I'm sick of it. If I don't get assistance with this I will simply contact my attorney for a refund as I paid in full and ill go somewhere else. Thank you
