Damelin correspond

This is the worsed company with rude customers service agents ....I enrolled with them 2018 for my Supply chain management..i was so happy when the sales lady told me that there will be someone who will be allocated to assist me with my studies.. I paid an amount deposit if 3000 ..they were taking their installments every Month...I did not receive my study material on time that led to me not being able to do my assignments. The person who was allocated to me to help with my studies never responded to my eiamls ...i phone to follow up with the sales lady Nosiphiwe Mpendu who said thr delay was because they were moving offices...my cancellation has beeb going on now for month all the time I follow up there the rude customers service agents always tell me there is no feedback
