I urge people to stay away from DCC. I registered for a course in 2014 (Marketing Diploma) and i couldnt afford the R3000 registration fee instead we agreed that they'll deduct R1500 for 2 months and then after they'll start deducting they're monthly course money of R900. They took the 1st R1500 and skipped to the R900 . I then recieved a call that i owe half of the registration fee to which i acknowledged but was then confused when i was told i am a bad payer and i MUST add more money each month to that monthly R900 to cover it.Bare in mind i earned R4000 and had responsibilities they knew of when i filled in the forms that they approved. Seeing that we couldn't come to an agreement i decided to cancel the course. I was blacklisted and fast forward to June 2018 out of the blue i receive an email from Raquel Lawrence of DCC informing me that my cancellation has been approved with no refund. I accepted that but my nightmare began again whenever i tried to contact the person to find out why am i still blacklisted she either hangs up, not in the office or on lunch. Of all 10+ student consultants i've spoken to none of them were able to assist me but were full on promises to do so. I have tried emailing her still no word from her. Damelin and its employees are readily available to assist you in registering you and making sure you take the bait but when you're being ********** they are not bothered to make calls to check if you were helped or not. Only when you want to register they'll call you 15 times a day, every single day to make sure you fill and submit the forms that bind you then its bye bye Mr/Ms Nice guy/girl.
