Damelin College - Useless

Damelin is the most useless college there is out there. When they want you to sign up, they sell you a whole load of bull **** and once you are signed up and your money is paid to them, they forget their promises made. They never send you your assignment or exam results and expect you to just continue paying even when the next assignment and exams are due. You can never get through to anyone when you call and when you do get through the 1 out of 100 phone calls, they give you incorrect information. If you speak to 5 different call centre agents with the same query, you will get 5 different answers all of which are useless to me and my query is still not resolved. They just debit your account every dam month and when it comes to refunds, there is no one to assist you. They take months before a cancellation is approved and even longer to refund you. All the while, they making money by debiting your account every month. you can not reverse these debits at your bank because Damelin will then black list you as a non payer. I wish i never signed up with Damelin and would never recommend Damelin to anyone. They are useless and they are *****.
