Damelin College Shocking service

I enrolled my son into Damelin to do an IT course during December, the course was due to start on the 10 January. I have had no materials and nothing was received from Damlin, I have spoken to the student advisor who was my contact and he said he was escalating it but have had nothing further. I have paid the deposit and this service is totally shocking from such a well known organisation.

This course is at a cost of R23000, not cheap for such bad service. I regret now paying the deposit as I could of gone somewhere else
