Damelin College **** and no commitment

My daughter has joined Damelin Collage, paid as requested and completed the whole process. When it came down to payment Damelin had no problem in sending documentation nor corresponding but when it came don to provide the study material, no correspondence up until now (2 months later). My daughter is suppose to hand in tasks and study but up and till today, she didn't receive her books what was paid for. We are trying, for about 2 months now for Damelin to give her, her books but with no joy!!!!! We called them, we drove there but nothing!!! My daughter went there yesterday, spent over 3 hours there and no one could help her. The number they gave her to phone, a lady piked up and told her that she has nothing to do with Damelin College. I am going to stop payment and go to Cranfield College as Damelin College is a ****!!!!
