Damelin College poor service

I have been sending emails and calling Damelin for months now asking them for updated books for my last exam in November. Every time their answer is they will forward my request to the relevant department and get back to me. They never do. I have already had to postpone my exam but it seems they just don't worry. I am most unhappy and frustrated.
