DAMELIN COLLEGE IS A BIG ****

Good day everyone, Damelin College is failing to refund me since 2021 till to date. My daughter was studying in Menlyn Dameline College, i deposited R21 000 on 2021/02/15 for her studies but because there was an issue of Covid19 which affected the college and her studies so i decided to ask for a refund. I was given the necessary forms for refund to complete and was promised a turnaround time of 90 days to be refunded, till to-date no refund. I called head office many times speaking to Klevon and Emilio but was promised lies everytime. I then joined legalwise for help which they wrote a demand letter to them and they didn't respond to the letter and later i was told by legalwise that it is a 2021 matter which is old and they cannot carry on assisting me and closed my file. Im so frustrated because my daughter needs that money to study. I do have documents to prove my case against Damelin. Hellopeter you are my last hope, please help me get my refund so my child can have and education like other kids please.
