DAMELIN COLLEGE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT STUDENTS!

My sister registered in December 2014 and was told that study material would be available within 21 working days and to date i have not received anything. As the person responsible for study fees, I have made numerous attempts to get the college to deliver on their mandate but to no success! looking at comments dating as far back as 2010 i am convinced that this college is very bad for education especially in a country with below par education. Can the department of Higher Education intervene before more poor South Africans suffer! I will soon be writing to the Minister, Dr Blade Nzimande requesting his urgent intervention and i hope those who have suffered will follow suit.
