Damelin charging me 80% for cancellation fee

I registered with Damelin on the 31st December 2019 and cancelled on the 6th of February 2020 the company that I work for paid for my studies they R18000. I have never accessed the study material, never completed any of the assignments I 've never even got any text books. when I ask for a refund they charge me 80% for cancellation fee. meaning that from the R18000 they only going to refund me R6000 which is ridiculous. I regret registering with Damelin that was the wrong choice ever!!!
