Damelin avoiding refund payments

<p><span style="color: #9b9b9d; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 17.1429px; background-color: #ffffff;">This is my 2nd review on this matter , I enrolled in an correspondence course at damilen collage and did a full payment for the course. Shortly after the payment i ran into some financial problemes wich where a higher priority and needed to be payed so i cancelled the course WITHIN the acceptable cancelation period , and within 2 weeks or so the cancelation was accepted and i received a cancelation number and was informed that i wil receive the refund money within 90 days. 90 days went by and stil i havent received my refund . After 1year and still no payment i went to their head office in johannesburg but i was refused a conversation with anyone and can only comunicate thru email . June wil be 2 years after the cancelation was accepted and since then thy refered me to 3 or 4 emails trying from one to the other, phoning them and being put on hold for more than 40 min just to be told the person is not available. So at the end of the day i am still waiting for my refund....</span></p>
