Damelin Assignments results

Good Day

I am a part-time student at Damelin. I have submitted 2 of my assignments on the 27th February 2018. I have been calling the call centre for weeks now and I have only received the results for 1 assignment. Each and every week when I call I am told one thing over and over that my results are pending for marking and I should call next week. I call EVERY WEEK and I am still told the story I was told the first time I called.

I requested for my script to be emailed to me for the assignment that has been marked weeks ago and till this day I have not received anything. This is rather frustrating because I need to submit this information back at work. And so many things are on a stand still because I have been waiting for my results for almost 3 months. I am extremely frustrated, i dont owe damelim, i submitted my results in time and i feel no one in that call centre makes any effort to get my issue resolved.

I need this issue to be resolved ASAP PLEASE I BEG YOU. Things are not happening at work because I have no results to produce. I am running out of patience and ask that this matter be resolved PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!
