Damelin are a bunch of *******

Im being generous by given them 1 star. Damelin deserves no stars. Their service sucks. I enrolled in March 2018 and paid a 10k deposit thereafter they extracted X2 debit orders for R532 in April and May and then I lost my job. Sent countless emails to my student advisor explaining my situation no response, yet their debt collection dept kept on calling to find out why the debit orders were not going through. I explained to them and the response was that they would get somebody else to contact me as its not their dept but nobody ever did. I then went into the Durban branch and they couldnt help me, the lady gave me a number to call which belonged to Intec College I left so many messages for them to contact me as time was wasting and I wanted to put my course on hold. I cant submit assignments or write exams as I was told because I'm owing them I wont get my results so why are they keeping my money? Its been a year later, I've left so many messages even on their facebook page which keeps on being deleted and the admin says they have forwarded my query and waiting for feedback from the manager? I emailed educor (Annelene Tikim ********** and Craig Aziz ********** ) and nobody has responded to my messages. They have taken my money and now that I want a refund they completely ignoring me. They are *****s because I could have used the funds to study at Unisa in all this time but they dont care about the students they only care that they get their debit orders. ... Did my 11k go for just registration ? I no longer want to study with them as the course isnt even accredited after I was told that it was and my friend who also completed her HR degree with them when she received her Certificate there was no SAQA stamp so she wasnt even registered as a HR student meaning she was paying them for a piece of paper which holds no value. Damelin are ******* and I just want my money back from them !
