Damelin Administration is poor

Why is it when payment is needed the demand and contact is prompt, thereafter there is nothing bad poor service?

So after enrolling into a qualification with Damelin Correspondence college and payment made in full, there has been no access via the student portal for the learning material and assignments required. Have tried calling and the line goes on and on, on hold. Emails are not responded to. I sadly am working and unable to go to the office in the week, of which I realized as I went to 3 campuses this weekend for assistance and no one could help and the offices are closed in the weekend.

Very bad customer service. What is the point of having a contact system that does not work?
