Please advise me.

I want to know if a person is liable to pay an amount of R8,000.00 for an HR Management course ( Correspondence Learning ) if a person did not do the course at all.?

I did not do the assessments and tasks etc I have not had any communication with a Student Lecturer I have not attended Exams, i did not write exams I have no Certificate.

i have not done any of the course requirements

I did not do the course at all. Nothing

Now Damelin Lawyers want to hold me accountable for a course i never did,

Please advise me if i am right or wrong if i refuse to pay a whole amount of R8,000.00 for a course i never did.

R8,000.00 is a lot of money, money that i don't have, it cant be wasted on nothing.

What is my rights here ?
