Terrible, registered and paid in full for a short course. they postponed the start date twice making me cancel the attendance with them. I'm still waiting for my course refund which was paid in full. even after addressing this with the Braamfontein branch, and their customer care, their manager of the branch is yet to contact me. I've had to send numerous emails only to be given a number to call for refunds who then advise me to contact the manager of Braamfontein to authorize my refund. being sent from pillar to post with no accountability. Leaving me to wait for my money - which they will need to pay back with interest. this is an institutional that is supposed to educate individuals and set them out into the workplace when their own house is not in order.
