Customer service sucks

Useless and unresponsive is an understatement. I’m so frustrated now as I’m getting no replies on my emails and no answer on my calls. I sent my enrolment forms last month already and haven’t been registered yet. Been calling the landline and cellphone of Hazel and there’s no answer. What exactly is going to happen during my studies with them. Their customer service sucks like hell… I’m even thinking of asking for my deposit back and enrol with another college… 😭
