Customer service nightmare

The worst ever customer service I have ever experienced , even after contacting supervisors and managers my issue is still not solved it seems that poor customer service and disregard for a customer complaining are the normal day to day running of this institution. After 6 months I am still fighting to get a refund on over paid money from them.
