Customer Service next to none!

I would not recommend this institution to anybody! One frustration after the next. I requested a cancellation on 21/11/2019 due to unforseen financial constraints which have left me unable to fund further education at this point in time. I didn't even mind not getting a refund, i just wanted to cancel any further payments. I keep emailing and phoning the college to get some sort of response but it just circulates. Maybe if i stop my debit order i will finally get your attention!
