credit score is low because of Damelin,they must retify

i registered with Damelin and payed deposit upfront the deposit ,and my first debit was in April which they got the money ,the was no unpaid debit order,now i checked my credit score they told me that i am in areas,i want them to retify that because wich areas now my credit score is low because of Damelin say i am in areas
