Credit Score Affected due to Incomptence of Staff

I cancelled my course last year. the consultants informed me i had owed no money and will not get a refund, and had to return study material which i did.I returned the study material in september last year via the Post office, but damelin continued to send me smses saying my account is owing. so i called damelin and they said my study materials were not returned as they haven't received them. which was untrue.<br> i offered to then procure another text book and return it and then the consultant notified me they found my materials in their stores this was last month may 2015. almost a year of a hassle with this useless college for a course i paid for and didnt do.<br> <br> now i am stuck with a lower credit score because of them and they fail to even assist me with this.<br> <br> i advise no one to ever use damelin campus or college and the service is putrid
