Course transfer taking months!!

Okay so first of all i app**** for a course last year and wrote first exams and then i decided i wasn't happy with the course and i needed to change to something that would further my career.<br> I had asked months ago (January) to do a course transfer and sent my text books back. This all happened around January. <br> <br> I had sent and signed a written letter requesting the course transfer and sent over 30 emails wanting feedback as to how long it will take and when will i receive the new course work. i keep getting a run around saying that it is with the product specialist that was my last reply 24th of Feb. During all of this i am still paying R480 a month to damelin which they are quick to debt out of my account the minute it is the first of the month. <br> <br> My student number 424691 and all i ask is for feedback on this can i do the course or are there other options like cancelling my Damelin account,.<br>
