Confused First Timer

Hi, disappointed , disappointed with the institute of my choice. my study material gets delivered late. ooh and then I get an exam admission form with no exam timetable ... and I asked many times what about the past year question papers of which I was willing to pay for .... even that is no longer available... all I want is to get educated but even that seems difficult .... if all seems to be difficult in delivering a service can I please have a refund ... so I can Run
