Complete lack of feedback

I have written my final exam during November 2016. During February 2017 I started following up on obtaining my final marks as well as my Certificate of completion. I was sent from pillar to post. The buck just get passed to the "next person" and no body phones you back. So to this date I have had no feedback regarding my Certificate of Completion. I have used the customer complaints email address, the support desk and customer care email addresses, but no joy.
