Complete disregard for customer requests at Damelin!!

I am a sponsor for a student at Damelin online and I'm very disappointed with Damelin College. They debited my account on the wrong date ( much later than agreed) I then took the initiative to pay the money manually to avoid any issues with my account as it is still quiet a new account.

I got over their negligence and then I called in to cancel my debit order. The confirmation email was sent to me to confirm cancellation of the debit order option but nonetheless they just simply thought it would be ideal to debit my account regardless.

I have tried numerous times to get through to their accounts department in Durban but calls go unanswered and no one has bothered to respond to my mail.

They are a well known institution which holds sensitive customer information and the fact that they think they can do as they want with my financial information is appalling and disrespectful.
