Complaint on unpaid refund by Damellin

I am Hazel Ripa in 2017 I registered my son to do a course with Damellin Correspondence College, his student no 432647. I never get joy in the course after he has submitted assignment and struggle to get them marked. I end up cancelling the course and requested my money of which they agreed to refund 75% of my money. After so many enqueries about the payment date I received email confirming that Mickaylah Alexandra received a feedback from finance that I will get my refund by end of April 2019. Till todate I have not been paid any cent by Damellin. I have been sent from pillar to post I spoke and emailed to so many people there , Evodia Schoeman, Craig, Delaine Opperman Shakier Achmat and Cladine van Blerk nothing helped. I have complained and my money is still not refunded. I ma very dissatisfied and disappointed about the service of Damellin I will never recommend Damellin to anyone. They are ************* and dishonest.
