complaint on how my query is handled

i registered with damelin and last wrote exams in june 2017 have since requested my results to no success .the call centre goes unanswered for hours and when they finally do its un imformed with no solution .i coulnt write in november as i didnt know if i passed or failed and now i am stuck with no results and my company needs them .in short these institution has been hell to deal with .i regret the day i registerd with them
