Complaint: Damelin Correspondence Collage

I would like to lay a complaint !!

I've been struggling for a year now to get my Diploma out of this place, I cannot explain how frustrated I am.

I submitted my award form in September 2019, I started following up in November 2019 on the process, in February 2020 I received my first feedback and I am still following up and we are now moving on to February 2021.

The first time I followed up, they told me they did not have two of my subject results.

This is the first problem of Damelin, I feel if you have already marked a student's paper or assignment the results should be captured on the student number.

I sent my results to them which they asked for. After my next follow up they told me "student did not write the exam", I asked them what exam and they told me NTG-91 Computyping.

I told them it was only an assignment subject and not a written subject. I put a lot of effort into the my email just to show them that the subject Computyping that is on the timetable is not my subject the codes are different.

They basically just ignore my whole email and leave a note again ... 'student did not write the exam'. (I'm so fed up with this sentence everytime I follow up)

Last week on February 3rd I left a complaint on their Customer Care email address and according to the email address I will get feedback within 3 to 5 days, it is now exactly 9 days. Note that the message only indicate days and not working days.

I called them again today to follow up and I heard the same story. I asked the student if I could talk to the awards department directly, but it is not possible to talk to them directly, we can only work through the students.

Damelin's second problem: they do not provide services to their students at all. In the two and a half years I studied through them, I should have called them to get assignment results and exam results, they would not just send it to me once it was marked.

I paid my entire course fee the day I started there was never an outstanding amount on my part and that's how I was treated.

I do not know now how I can take this situation further, but I am fed up with Damelin.

I hope someone on Hello Peter is sitting with the same problem and they might give me guidelines.
