COMPLAINT-Bad service and terrible response

Good evening i would like to lay a complaint about Damelin as I have started studying with them and eversince got bad service. I have tried getting hold of Damelin for my assignments to confirm whether they have received my assignments however when I phoned the person picked up the phone. I could hear them talking and laughing on the other side, but thats what it is all about. Getting jobs and not doing the jobs! I tried emailing Damelin no response. I have sent a lot of emails but just no respond. Im very unhappy with the service of Damelin as they don't provide what they tell you they will. Wouldnt recommend Damelin to anyone as they clearly are put in the positions with no idea what actually is going on... Im going to take this to head office as well as going to cancel and put a lawyer on this as this is UNACCEPTABLE! I wouldn't have had this problem if I had chose to study in Europe! As I said its not all sunshine with damelin as they give empty promises. I have never received such bad service at any institution! Nobody ever responds to my emails. Even thinking of sending an email to Carte Blanche and telling them about the bad service Damelin has to offer! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DAMELIN TO ANYONE! As I had put in hard work on my assignments and didn't even get feedback whatsoever. Thinking of rather moving my studies somewhere else as Damelin really disappointed me I cannot even rate them as they cannot be rated and doesn't even deserve a one
