Complaint

I registered with Damelin to further my studies, and I paid, due to unforeseen circumstances I canceled the contract with them on time as per the contract.

I was told to send an email which I did and the cancellation was approved and promised to be refunded the portion of my fees that was 201 8 I have never received the refund.

I have sent follow-up emails and they kept on promising up to date I never received my money, but I made peace with that, I then received an email that I owe Damelin the lady that was dealing with Thuliwe Mila said to me I must not worry the account was closed.

Now I see I have been listed as a bad payer and I owe them money, I have sent another email to them with the proof that I canceled my contract and Damelin is Still owing me money they have never responded.

People who still want to use this institution need to be very careful I don't think they are ligit.
