Complaint about Service and Certificates not received from Damelin

I registered with Damelin Online in 2018 for Emotional Intelligence course and again in 2019 added another course...Data Analytics. I finished the Emotional Intelligence course first and enquired about my certificate a month or two later. I was told that they will only be able to send my certificate when I finish Data Analytics( I didn't understand the reason since these are two different courses), however I said ok, I will wait.

I finished the Data Analytics course in December...since then I have been making enquiries on my 2 certificates that I completed and paid in full. I have never received positive feedback. Every time I call, I speak to a different consultant and they all request for my details( which makes me wonder if they log tickets for calls to see if the query is closed or not). This is worrying.

I am actually annoyed, among the consultants that I have spoken to( Fiona, Felisha, etc) they all seem to give same answer" we will send the request to administration and ask them to call you today"...that's all feedback I get...Its March 2020 now, going to April...nothing...I called again this morning and spoke to Felisha who seemed not so pleased that I'm loosing my patience with all this.

I regret the decision I took to study through Damelin online and will NEVER recommend anyone to study with Damelin. I am really disappointed and feel that I wasted my time with them.
