Complaint about not getting my June exam results from Damelin college

I'm registered @damelin correspondence college and I wrote my two subject in June 2019 but till today I'vent received my results instead whenever I call to find out, the only response I get from students consultants "I will send your request to the co-ordinator at exams department" I mean everyday. It's even worse that I was told that students are not allowed to communicate direct to management except through a complaint form. I completed even that form but still no response. I m not sure whether I will get them or not. Please assist whom can I contact so that I get a straight answer about my results. What frustrates me the most is that I'm sure now they are busy with the second semester examinations whereas I'm still waiting for the June results. I even think of going to Cape Town just to collect them. The worst part is that we are not even allowed to have our classmates' contacts where you can find out whether you are the only one with the problem or all students experience the same challenge.
