Complaint

I am currently a student with Damellin correspondence college. i am studying human resource management commerce. initially when i started studying with Damellin i did a one year full time in human resource management national diploma. which i have completed .i decided to study correspondingly but at the time they were not offering national diploma with correspondence . so i decided to take human resource management commerce. the following year i went on their site and realized they now offer national diploma . i enquired about it and asked for a transfer. i then app**** to do the transfer process in April 2017 we are now in December 2017 and still my transfer has not been concluded even though i have spoken to Monique ,Andrea and Kelly during which the academics team failed to give me the correct information until i went to their office and asked to speak to higher management who was Gavin the academics team leader who then referred me to Nomsa the student consultant who started the whole transfer process which has now been on a stand still. This being after countless emails , phone calls and visits to their offices. When i call the office they say that student relation is unable to attend my call. I have wasted an entire year because of their in-capabilities to respond to me. Taking into consideration that my transfer course is fully paid up.
