Complain/No Respond On Emails/Need a Statement Showing payment

My account with Damelin was handed over ,i ve been paying every month to Damelin Debt collector Alrismart or Phoenix Recovery solutions every month now i need a statement for credit bureau to update my credit profile.I ve sent Damelin E mail many times they dont respond even the contact numbers are always not working .I cant even cant get hold of the Damelin Debt collectors,i m not even sure they are paying my Damelin account.Can anyone assit me on this
