Clueless and ***********

This is the worst place to study. Do not waste your money with these people. Their administration is not up to standard and all their staff is clueless about what is going on.

When I registered with them, I was told to email my documents to an email address that was given to me by the consultant that assisted me. I emailed the documents the following day and called her to check if she had received them as I had not heard anything from them. The consultant told me that she had not received them and gave me another address to email them to and when I called the following day she told me that she still had not received them and gave me yet another email address. I emailed the documents and called the following day and still nothing, I eventually asked her to take my email address and send me an email which she did and I responded with the documents. The consultant did not know her own email address and gave it as .com, .net and .co.za but it was .edu.za.

Examination time came and these *********** people did not send my exam time table. I did not know where to go and ended up in the wrong venue. I then had to uber to the correct one and was lucky enough to get there just in time. When I sat down I was asked for my exam confirmation letter and out of frustration I told the invigilator that I did not have one due to their incompetence.

They allowed me to write and after the examination I went to find out why the did not sending me a letter and was told they never received my exam registration email. I had definitely sent it but their incompetence knows no bounds and they were adamant that I did not send it. I told them that I would forward it once I get to work as I had sent it from my work email. Luckily I had the documents on me and they were able to print out my confirmation letter. I got to work and forwarded to them the email I had sent and they did not respond.

I had an exam the following Monday at 09.00 and went to write, when I got to the exam venue and nobody knew anything about an exam scheduled for that time. I had to call their student support line only to be told that the exam had been moved to 14.00 and they did not have time to inform everyone. I had only taken the morning off work to write and now I was going to have no way to go back and write but they did not care. Two weeks later the same thing happened but luckily I had taken the whole day off work because I knew how *********** they are.

If it was not for the fact that I need to finish my degree with Unisa and they require me to do this short course with these clowns I would cancel my registration.

They are all clueless, the invigilators are answering their phones during exams and nobody cares about the students and the time they spend going back and forth due to the maladministration.
