CLEAR MY NAME

I was a Correspondence Public Relation Management student at Damelin but I decided to cancel the course due to financial problems. Then I called Damelin to tell them about my decision then I spoke to Bukhosi Khanyile who said I should write a Cancellation letter which I did and sent it to her On the 3 March 2015 at 9:41 and the second person I spoke to and sent a letter to was Ms Nomsa Mafafo On the 5 May 2015 at 9:06, I also checked with them if they received it, which they did. My problem with Damelin is that I was listed on the credit bureau as someone who owes Damelin and now I can't buy a house due to this problem. I was declined by the bank because of Damelin's error which should have been resolved in 2015 after I received a letter from Damelin stating that my course was CANCELLED and they even stopped debiting my bank account. I was not even aware I was listed until I app**** for a homeloan. I want my name CLEARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
