Certificate held up for 9 months at Damln

At the begining of 2018 I entrolled for a course at Damelin for Early Childhood Development. I finished the course November 2018. Mid January 2019 I received a call that I could collect my Certificate. When I arrived at the institution late that afternoon, I was informed that they did not have my certificate. I phoned back a few times that week. It seemed that no one knew about my certificate. It has now been 9 months since they informed me that my certificate is held up at the ETDP SETAS, but no one is able to tell me anything about my certificte. I am in despirate need of my certificate before the end of September as it is holding me back from continuing my degree next year.
