I have been struggling to get my diploma issued since August. The call centre promises you the moon and the stars - NO ONE follows up with your complaint/query and a week later, I have to phone/e-mail again and explain the whole story to someone else. I have even resorted to complaining on their Facebook page, and I just get the standard response - a consultant will be in touch with you. Exactly the same as the response on this web site to each and every complaint lodged here. Damelin, just so that you know - your response means nothing! I will make it a point from now to advise any person wishing to study further to avoid Damelin at all costs - you are very quick to take your students' fees but when it comes to delivering on promises - no one is prepared to help you in any way - except to tell you that they have \escalated the problem".
